Early learning / kohanga reo, Certificated teacher We are looking for a registered Kaiako to complete our team! About us: We provide a beautiful, large and natural outdoor setting that encourages curiosity and discovery. Our kaiako have close connections with all the tamariki, whanau, and the local community. Every day, we help children develop strong social skills and a sense of responsibility. Our preschool offers opportunities throughout the day for tamariki to be involved in contributing to the curriculum, helping to make decisions about what is set up and sharing their ideas. Kaiako work alongside the children to set up an environment which is challenging, provides curiosity, and active exploration. About you: Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring, and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable, and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum would also be high on the list of skills we are looking for.
