The role The E-Learning Developer / Learning Management System Coordinator will be responsible for delivering on Strategi Institute's business strategy by designing, creating, and implementing digital learning materials on our RADAR platform. This role ensures a quality learning experience, maintains high levels of customer service, and continuously improves the learning management system (LMS). The Coordinator will support and enhance our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, implementing improvements, and managing the RADAR platform. This role involves providing training and support to users, monitoring feedback, and contributing to the marketing efforts to grow our user base.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Creation Create engaging educational materials across various formats (written content, videos, infographics, interactive modules).Produce multimedia content, including animations and podcasts, to enhance the learning experience.Integrate technology tools and platforms to deliver interactive resources.Ensure all content meets accessibility standards for diverse learners.Systems Management Identify and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, implementing improvements as needed.Promote RADAR to grow user numbers and manage upgrades effectively.Provide training and support for educators and learners to maximize LMS engagement.Monitor user feedback and implement enhancements based on insights.CPD Framework Development Develop and maintain a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework.Allocate CPD hours for external organizations, ensuring compliance and relevance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, digital media, or a related field.Proven experience in e-learning development and LMS management.Proficiency in content authoring tools and multimedia software.Strong understanding of accessibility standards and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects within deadlines.What We Offer: A supportive and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to make a significant impact on learners and the broader education community.
