You will own the analysis, strategy and implementation to see your input fully realised. Drive the eCommerce journey from digital brand awareness, quality lead acquisition through to conversion, and deliver exceptional UX for customers in line with the company's objectives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Customer Experience Manager and agency partners to continually challenge the status quo and deliver growth. You will manage our digital campaigns, use analytics tools to track performance across both marketing campaigns and the e-commerce platform, transforming real time data & behaviour into actionable recommendations to improve business performance. You will be part of a team of award-winning marketers to collaborate and share ideas with. About you: Understanding a subscription business model would be advantageous.
