Your Role As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, we're seeking a driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in executing and advancing the Digital Marketing strategy across USL markets. Working collaboratively with the Marketing team, Business Unit Managers, IT specialists, and Web Developers, you will be the driving force behind our digital initiatives. You will take ownership of implementing and enhancing the Digital Marketing roadmap, ensuring a seamless customer journey across USL's online platforms. Your responsibilities encompass driving online sales, boosting website traffic, and establishing a strong brand presence in the digital landscape. Through your expertise, you will champion multi-brand digital campaigns, from creation to analysis, all while placing the customer experience at the forefront of your efforts. Key responsibilities: Implement strategies to elevate online traffic and sales across USL's B2B and B2C websites. Oversee, optimize & implement all social media channels and email marketing campaigns with a strategic mindset. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet digital marketing campaign objectives through strategic website content. Lead SEO management for both B2B and B2C websites, enhancing visibility and performance. Manage the content management system (CMS) for all sites, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content. Drive online brand and product campaigns to heighten brand awareness and engagement. Oversee resolution of any performance-related issues concerning the websites. Uphold USL's brand standards consistently throughout digital initiatives. Devise and execute digital campaign strategies aligned with channel conventions and customer behaviour. Communicate with and ensure adherence to established processes by all key stakeholders. Enhance the design, content, usability, and conversion rates of the USL websites, keeping the customer experience central. Monitor and report on conversion rates, making strategic improvements to the USL websites with a focus on ROI. Establish metrics for gauging campaign success, tracking performance against targets and budget. About You You possess a strong track record in digital marketing, with hands-on experience driving online sales and traffic growth. Your expertise includes managing SEO and CMS, ensuring optimal website performance and content relevance. You are adept at devising and executing successful digital campaign strategies that align with customer behaviour. Collaboration is your forte, demonstrated by your ability to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, including graphic designers and partners. You have a knack for data, regularly tracking, reporting, and analysing campaign performance. Social media is second nature to you. You can confidently manage channels and create engaging organic and paid campaigns. Your strategic mindset extends to budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
