A bit about you: As a Duty Manager you'll be one of the go-to people by playing a massive part in managing the team. You will be quick on your feet, have solid hospitality management experience under your belt, perfectly paired with your impressive knowledge of how to keep your team and your customers happy. You'll also be a team player who is flexible to work a variety of shifts. You will support the Restaurant Manager and/or Assistant Manager to maximise the value of the restaurant for both the company and the guests. You will provide the highest standard of guest experience and a profitable daily operation.
Minimum Requirements: As this position is based in the casino area, you'll need to be at least 20 years old.You will have a valid LCQ and General Managers Licence or be able to obtain one once you have commenced work.You will have a minimum of 3 years restaurant/hospitality experience.A bit about the role: You will be in charge of staff management by keeping staff motivated and engaged, contributing to performance management, role modelling delivery of SkyCity's brand, assist in training and more.You will be responsible for guest satisfaction through management of your team.You will be required to meet all compliance requirements and ongoing trainings around this.Assist in ensuring F&B is achieving the budgeted margin of financial performance within this area by adhering to the rostering and purchasing practices.The salary offer will range from $60k - $70k per annum based on experience.The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours minimum rostered from Monday - Sunday.What's in it for you?
