Duty Manager

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our growing team as a Duty Manager. We offer customers a warm welcome and convenient shopping experience – our service is second to none.
To be successful, you must have a passion for providing excellent customer service, be a detail-minded self-starter, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to follow through in a timely manner.
You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at 4 Square The Lakes.
This is a working Duty Manager role. Our main duties will include:
Serving customers at checkout
Directing and supervising the team
Identifying items requiring replenishment
Replenishing shelves and displays
Maintaining a safe work environment – our people are important!
Team training and development
Helping customers
Ensuring all departments are maintaining appropriate store display standards
This role ideally suits an applicant who has previous grocery or retail supervisory experience, has excellent communication skills, and can "walk the talk" when leading their team. You're a team player with high presentation standards and a "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You must have or be applying for your manager's certificate as a requirement of this role.

All our roles include a weekend day. The shifts we would ideally cover are as below, but you must be able to close on the Friday and Saturday.
