Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of The Good Home Coast. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of shifts, leading and supporting our team, and maintaining a high standard of service for our guests. Your role will involve managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure an exceptional guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and manage staff during shiftsProvide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaintsEnsure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulationsAssist with stock management and ordering as neededMaintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for team membersTrain new team members and support ongoing staff developmentAssist with administrative tasks and reporting as requiredRequirements:Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsA valid Duty Manager's certificate and LCQ (License Controller Qualification)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsA passion for hospitality and customer service
