Duty Manager

Great opportunity to work as a Duty Manager in the reputed Jellicoe St Bar and Eatery in Te Puke.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team who can:Assist with the overall running of the business.Manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.Train new staff and manage staff rostering.Help manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock, product mix, and oversee stock takes.Execute Food Control Plans and monitor food quality guidelines.Ensure customer service standards are maintained and provide excellent customer service.Address customer complaints.Financial monitoring.Implement policies and compliance relevant to Health & Safety and employment laws.Maintain a high level of morale and team cooperation, and manage disciplinary issues.We are a high volume venue that has a capacity of over 200 people, operating from 11:30 am to 1:00 am.
