Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism)Our Mount Maunganui RSA was established in 1943 and has been operating from its current premises since 1968. Our club offers a full restaurant and café, plus plenty of weekly and weekend entertainment. We have several sports and social clubs, a library, monthly newsletters full of event information, a bar, and a courtesy bus.Qualifications & ExperienceCurrent Managers Certificate in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.DIA approved or able to obtain a gaming class 4 approval and experience in Gaming preferred but not essential.TAB experience but not essential.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEnsure the efficient running of bar operations and provide pleasant and efficient service to customers while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation at all times.Provide support to the Manager and promote a harmonious working relationship between staff and customers.Comply with the terms and conditions of the club's liquor and gaming licences.Assume responsibility for ensuring the bar is continually stocked and report low stock levels.Cashing up and analysis of till reports as required – adhering to the club's cash handling procedures.Enforce and adhere to the club's policies and procedures at all times.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a duty manager?Do you have customer service experience?Do you hold a current Motor Vehicle Sales licence?Do you hold a current New Zealand General Managers certificate?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Important Notice: Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
