Duty Manager And Bar Manager

Due to the extended business hours, The Pitch Sports Bar in Taupo is looking for Full Time Duty Managers and Bar Managers who can work weekends.
Position: Duty Manager and Bar Manager
Duties:
Manage operations of a licensed bar and kitchen on-site.
Ensure dining and bar facilities comply with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and suitable appearance.
Recruit and train staff to provide good service to customers, and handle customer complaints.
Food and drink cost control.
Bar planning with chefs, pricing, and purchasing of goods according to budget.
Service customers and take orders.
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with food and service.
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Any other reasonable responsibilities and duties.
Wages: Between $29-32 per hour
Working hours: 30 hours per week, including weekends.
Minimum Requirements: Suitable applicants should have relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managing a bar.
