Join us as a Drainage/3 Waters Project Manager in our Hamilton office. This role offers diversity, challenge, and an ability to make your mark. You will have a strong focus on people leadership and development, managing key stakeholder relationships, and have operational and financial accountability.
You will lead from the front and oversee daily management including survey, set outs, client communication, subcontractor control, claims, variations, and quality assurance documentation.
In addition to the above you will:
Ensure reports, claims, and programmes are prepared and submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
Ensure forward planning, organising and ordering of contract subbies, survey, materials, plant, and people.
Ensure your department staff are provided with leadership and guidance to maximise performance.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Drainage with experience in the 3 waters infrastructure.
Experience managing and developing teams (preferred).
Experience in local council water reticulation renewals (preferred but not essential).
Relevant water reticulation qualification (preferred but not essential).
Relevant experience in managing HSE risk associated with drainage work.
