About the opportunity


This role is responsible for the overall architecture of our integration platforms and will work closely with stakeholders inside and outside FletcherTech. Collaborating with our integration teams, Solution, Domain and Enterprise Architects (EA), this role helps deliver simple, secure, and sustainable integration solutions. With lots of opportunity to modernise and a team willing to push change, this role offers a chance to drive innovation and impact our organisations flexibility and adaptability to an ever-changing market.


About you


We are looking for proven capability in Integration Architecture which includes developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions in large scale enterprise environments. Preferably, you have a development background and end-to-end design experience in platforms such as Mulesoft, GoAnywhereMFT and Solace.


To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:



Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
Depth of technical expertise in the integration domain
Strategic mindset whilst being able to factor in both the short- and longer-term impacts
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and delivery skills combined with business acumen and pragmatism
Experience in domain driven design, best practice API standards and integration design principles
Experience in technical planning and costing
Critical thinking - strong analytical and problem-solving skills. An ability to identify and qualify opportunities
Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF and other IT frameworks
