Job DescriptionReporting to the AM Supervisor, you will be accountable for ensuring designated area of the Distribution Centre is supervised and maintained efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :Assisting the supervisors/department managers manage all direct reports ensuring they have the necessary skills / experience to complete their roles efficiently.Rigorously and continuously pursue the opportunities available to reduce operating costs and to increase efficiency and productivity throughout the team.Co-ordination and maintenance of all relevant KPI reporting mechanisms.Co-ordinate the movement of team members within departmentEnsure all approved Health and Safety, Loss Prevention and sustainability Initiatives are implemented and maintainedThis is a Fixed Term position until the 28th o FebruaryMonday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pmQualificationsLeadership skills and ability manage teams of peopleStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsEffective internal relationship building Proven ability to implement process improvement initiativesTime managementPrioritisation of tasksAbility to lead and motivate a teamAdditional InformationThis role is will require you to work 40 hours per week.
