Digital Strategist

This role plays a pivotal part in developing and implementing digital strategies for clients as part of a global digital transformation agency.
You will translate client business objectives into impactful digital experiences that drive engagement, growth, and ROI.
This position combines customer experience, strategy, creative, marketing, and UX disciplines to support the Creative Team in achieving client goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to uncover client needs and opportunities.Maintain a high degree of professionalism in client communications and presentations.Develop and document comprehensive digital strategies, including customer journey maps, user personas, and information architecture.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.Create UX designs and guidelines to guide the design team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, strategists) to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices to inform client solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in a digital agency environment.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in user research methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing).Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesMarketing Services
