Are you ready to make a significant impact and shape the future of digital experiences? We are seeking a visionary Digital Storefront Manager to lead our company's transformation into a digitally led powerhouse. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created role within our dynamic and energetic digital team.
As our Digital Storefront Manager, you will be at the forefront of reimagining how we realise our growth ambitions in a Digital Era. Our organisation is on an exciting journey of transformation, driven by our innovative digital and data teams, with the digital team holding the creative license to revolutionise our digital presence.
Your mission will be to drive sales growth by leading the reimagining of our Quote and Buy experience and spearheading a significant shift in our digital growth capability across all our brands and products. You'll work closely with stakeholders in the NZ Digital team, contributing to the broader NZ Digital Strategy and overarching NZ strategy. As the accountable owner, you'll lead the digital squad responsible for designing and delivering our reimagined storefront experiences, ensuring a seamless and world-class digital journey for our customers.
This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across New Zealand, with a preference for those located in Auckland.
We're excited to engage with skilled professionals who possess the following expertise and experience:
10+ years in senior leadership roles within digital experience, with a proven track record in driving digital growth and outcomes.
Strong expertise in digital program delivery and commercial acumen.
Extensive experience in Agile environments, leading squads, and managing complex projects.
Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and respond to change effectively.
Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
Experience in project management and managing change processes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience in digital and technology transformation.
Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industries.
