Full time We are looking for a motivated Digital Producer/Digital Project Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone that is smart and organised with the ambition to grow. You will be excited about helping our clients do great work and be happy to get stuck in and do whatever is required to get the job done. We are lucky enough to be growing and have a new Digital Producer role for someone who's excited about the interactive, digital side of communications. This is a broad Producer role working with big clients who are looking to develop their online experiences. As we are an integrated agency, skills in content production would be a bonus. The Role We are looking for someone, with 4+ years experience and who specialises in website development, to join the team. The role will work with our production team to build websites and online assets, as the number and scale of jobs we are working on has significantly increased. This role will be accountable for ensuring we deliver great projects on time and on budget. You will be responsible for producing all the digital components of a project or campaign, this might include websites or other online experiences, apps, digital ads, and email campaigns. An interest and knowledge of broader video, digital content production would be a bonus too as there will be opportunities for working on more integrated projects. The person will be highly organised, have an eye for detail, be comfortable with numbers, and a confident people person. The ideal candidate will come from a digital agency or web development environment. The role will report to our Head of Digital Production who will provide further career development opportunities. Requirements Scoping Website Projects – Working with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements. Able to consider different technical approaches and best solutions – this includes; developing requirements, working with clients, creating project documentation including user flows, budgets and timing plans. User Experience – Being able to develop a great website requires a solid strategic understanding of the customers' needs, and creating a solid user flow and site architecture. From there, you'll need to develop creative briefs for designers and copywriters, and work with the team to design highly engaging sites. Driving Innovation – With your passion for following digital trends and technical innovation, you'll be able to stay ahead in the fast-paced digital industry. You will inspire our clients to with fresh solutions to their problems and will be constantly looking for opportunities to make projects better. Job Management – Maintaining our production processes to ensure jobs track through the agency smoothly. You will have experience using Jira or similar project management tools and can ensure all costs are tied back to our jobs by running job costing reporting. You will also have experience working with designers and developers directly. A hands on understanding of code would be a benefit. Reporting – Able to produce key production reports. You will also have a good understanding of Google Analytics and event tracking for performance optimisations and reporting for our projects. Personality – You need to be a confident people person. You will have direct responsibilities for managing clients. This role also works across different teams in the agency so a friendly, collaborative personality will be essential.
