We're dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our guests and residents while ensuring the financial health of our properties.This position requires you to work remotely from home; therefore, a home office is required.This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based and have the right to work in New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:Execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and Campermate.Conduct customer, competitor, and keyword research.Develop campaign strategies, allocate budgets, and oversee creative execution.Work closely with third-party vendors or agencies.SEO & Organic Growth: Improve organic traffic and SERP rankings through strategic SEO practices.Balance paid and organic traffic to meet commercial objectives.Contribute to ongoing SEO initiatives.Data & Reporting:Use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to develop detailed reporting.Maintain data accuracy and deliver insights for campaign optimizations.Local Market Engagement:Attend industry events in New Zealand and ensure culturally relevant marketing efforts.Content & Production:Support local content production and ensure consistency across digital and traditional marketing channels.Manage social media and influencer talent for content creation.Expertise in digital marketing, with strong skills in SEM, SMM, and SEO.Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.Strong copywriting, graphic design, and data analysis skills.High cultural awareness, particularly in the New Zealand market.Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and SEO.Agency experience is desirable, particularly in managing multiple accounts.Why Join Us:Be a part of a growing team where you can lead impactful digital strategies and see tangible results in customer acquisition.
