As a key member of our marketing department, you will play an integral role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to our overall business goals. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment, while also being part of a supportive and collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy Development:** Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement. - **Content Creation:** Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling and relevant digital content—including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website content—that resonates with our target audience. - **Social Media Management:** Manage and monitor our social media channels by creating, curating, and scheduling posts, as well as actively engaging with followers to foster a community around the brand. - **Email Marketing:** Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships while optimizing for open rates and conversions. - **Analytics and Reporting:** Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and report on key performance metrics.
