As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that we maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote ManpowerGroup's services and enhance brand awareness.
Analyze and optimize current digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience.
Content Development and Management: Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that content is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize return on investment and drive leads.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with target audiences across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning for digital marketing initiatives and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software).
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
