Performance Marketing team is at the top of its game; recently crowned Google Premier Partner of the Year for APAC in 2021 and growing rapidly around the world.About the role :The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for client health and performance, team training and process management. Digital Marketing Leads manage some of our biggest clients at Overdose and support the leadership of the wider marketing team. The DML helps in shaping the output of the marketing team, ensuring the latest best practice and strategic thinking is developed and shared internally and implemented across the wider client portfolio. A key function of this role is contributing to new business proposals and participating in pitch meetings as required. Responsibilities : Act as an evangelist of multi-channel digital strategy, data-driven insights, and outside the box thinking Promote forward thinking and planning through the creation and delivery of strategic roadmaps, budgeting and forecasting. Lead out seasonal planning and overseeing the delivery of key client launches and projects. Maintain expert level understanding of marketing platforms and technology, supporting the development of best practice at Overdose. Lead new business pitches and proposals as required by the local Digital Marketing Director. Keep on top of industry trends and champion continuous knowledge sharing. Participate in building out product offerings, process enhancements and case studies. Develop and execute best in class digital marketing strategies across relevant platforms. Manage and nurture client relationships and drive the long term success of their businesses. Ensure client reporting consistently produces actionable insights and measures the success of marketing strategies. Effectively managing junior members of the marketing team, supporting their growth and development. Skills and Experience : Deep cross channel knowledge and an understanding of how different marketing channels relate to each other Ability to define a business challenge and develop a medium-long term vision to address this Comprehensive knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube campaigns including current certifications Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram) including current certifications Strong understanding of other social media platforms including Pinterest, TikTok, Snap and LinkedIn Understanding at a base level of programmatic advertising platforms and ad servers - e.g. DV360 and CM360 Experience developing reports using multiple sources using Google Data Studio Understanding at a base level of Product Data Feeds for Google Shopping Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to clients Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ease of explaining complex concepts in a simplified manner. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
