Job Description Are you ready to take the reins of our digital marketing strategy and help drive impactful customer engagement? Hato Hone St John is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital campaigns, marketing automation, and customer journey personalisation. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and keen to make a difference in the community, this role is for you What You'll Do: Lead Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that enhance visibility, drive engagement, and boost revenue across key platforms (including SEM, display, social media, and email). Marketing Automation: Manage Salesforce , Pardot, and other platforms to deliver lifecycle communications (email, SMS, and web content) that are personalised, timely, and data-driven. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align on campaign objectives and deliver engaging content that drives customer retention and acquisition. Training & Support: Provide hands-on support to colleagues across the organisation to raise digital literacy, including training on social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms (like Google Analytics, Pardot, and Falcon). Optimisation & Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics 4 to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights. Regularly report on digital marketing efforts and suggest improvements to optimise customer engagement and ROI. Website & Content Management: Oversee web content refreshes, ensuring user-centric designs and easy-to-navigate content that align with business objectives. Qualifications What You'll Bring: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and paid media channels. Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Personalisation, Pardot) and CRM systems. Strong experience in web analytics (GA4) and using data insights to drive marketing decisions. Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex marketing strategies into simple language for various teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement and learning. Experience in paid digital media and campaign delivery, including managing custom audiences and retargeting. Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external agencies.
