We have an amazing full-time opportunity for Digital Marketing based in Hamilton, New Zealand. In this position, you will be responsible for: Drive the company's overall marketing strategy, while managing the project from inception to execution. Managing SEO (local, on page, off page and technical). Managing social media presence. Create and publish content for all social media platforms. Managing and engaging customers on all social media platforms. Managing social media marketing budget and ads (Facebook and LinkedIn Ads). Maintaining monthly newsletter. Analyse and interpret analytics. Writing content for the company's website, and ensuring the content is up to date. Provide technical direction for web development, design and systems integration. Analyse and interpret Google AdWords, Webmasters and Analytics statistics. Determine how to manage the website for best search engine performance. Maintain and keep budget for the marketing expenses. Give updates to the authorities about any website updates or any other changes required to be made. Maintain the stability and reputation of the business by complying with legal and ethical requirements. Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Employer from time to time. Skills and experience required: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with marketing automation tools. Know Google and Bing Ads inside out. Understand Facebook Business & LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Know how the whole SEO thing works. Can find your way around social media platforms and engage people on those platforms. Are familiar with tools like Canva, basic video editing. Are well acquainted with SEMrush, Google Search Console & know how to do Keyword Research. Are familiar with other bits and pieces that are part of typical digital marketing campaigns. Reliable and punctual person with attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. No criminal records.
