Digital Marketing and Content SpecialistThis role requires a highly creative digital marketing specialist to work alongside our marketing and sales team. You will work in conjunction with our long-term digital and creative partner, across design, media/advertisement/brand productions and established digital operations. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our digital marketing operations from SEO through to technical link building and maintenance using tools such as video, Google Ads, etc. are on target to meet our lead generation goals. Your central aim is to help grow our brand's influence both internationally with A-Ward and locally with our new sub-brand, Output Envy, and be a part of creating future sub-brands while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, creative art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.Responsibilities:Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.Developing ads.Updating websites and loading new campaigns across the various social networks.Developing and monitoring campaign budgets and producing reports.Planning and managing our social media platforms.Regularly meeting (once a month or as required) with our digital partner.Preparing accurate reporting on our marketing campaign's overall performance.Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Overseeing digital projects such as special promotion campaigns and tradeshow advertising.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field or qualification/experience. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Knowledge of Woo Commerce and Shopify e-commerce platforms.Highly creative with excellent analytical and design abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.This role is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week.
