Job Description About the roleAre you a digital marketing expert with a passion for driving growth and engagement?
As the Digital Manager in the Marketing team at Evolution Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our content is optimised across all channels.
You will lead the development of new and existing websites, manage social media campaigns, and oversee SEO efforts to maintain our strong brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities Digital Content Creation: Innovate and optimise our digital approach, providing insights and feedback to enhance performance.
Collaborate with clinical and general managers for quarterly website updates.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media advertising and campaigns, including managing monthly budgets and advertising vacancies with HR.
Drive engagement and growth across all platforms.
SEO Management: Regularly analyse and update SEO for all websites, providing monthly reports on digital marketing performance and feedback.
Google Business Management: Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback on Google Business, working with managers to address any negative feedback.
Website Development: Lead the design and development of any new websites required through acquisitions, including copywriting, user journey, and optimisation.
Google AdWords Management: Monitor and maintain Google AdWords, ensuring optimal keyword usage and budget allocation.
Communication Management: Develop and manage a regular schedule for regular EDMs to consumers and referrers for each hospital/site.
Event Collateral: Create digital marketing collateral for B2B events, ensuring high-quality and impactful designs This is a full-time, two year fixed-term position, 80 hours per fortnight, located at our Corporate Offices in either Wellington or Auckland.
Desired Skills and Experience About youWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Manager with: A qualification in digital marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in digital programs and applications such as Wordpress, SEO tools, and Google AdWords.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for trying new technologies and sharing innovative ideas.
