We are seeking a Digital Growth Marketer who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing and growth strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
You will use data-driven insights to experiment, refine, and scale marketing initiatives that enhance the customer journey and maximize ROI.
This role requires a creative yet analytical thinker who is comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to implement campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and leverage cutting-edge digital tools to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Growth Strategies : Design, test, and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across channels (social media, search engines, email, paid advertising, etc.).
Performance Marketing : Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
), ensuring effective targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
Growth Hacking : Identify new marketing channels and opportunities, leveraging data and trends to experiment with creative solutions that drive growth.
Analytics and Optimization : Use web analytics, conversion funnels, and other tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Content Strategy : Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and content marketing efforts, leveraging SEO, blogs, videos, and other content assets to drive traffic and conversions.
A/B Testing and Experimentation : Develop and run tests to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CRO), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Email Marketing and Automation : Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, implementing marketing automation to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product, design, and customer support teams to align growth strategies with product development and customer feedback.
Data-Driven Reporting : Provide regular reports on campaign performance and growth initiatives, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and marketing automation.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
Ability to balance creative thinking with technical execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across departments and with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Knowledge of coding basics (HTML, CSS) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) principles.
Previous success in scaling customer acquisition efforts through innovative and cost-effective strategies.
