This position is intended as permanent and is offered as a 12-month contract initially, subject to extension or confirmation as a permanent contract, based on local terms.
Location: The successful candidate may be based in a country where one of the independent National/Regional Greenpeace organisations (NRO's) is located. See the locations here. (Please note that we are currently unable to host new staff in a number of NRO's at this present time, due to various restrictions. We are unable to support hosting in Africa, Colombia, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, India, US, UK, MED, and MENA in addition to some other NRO locations. We offer competitive NGO level salary and benefits, the specifics of which depend on location where the successful candidates will be based. Greenpeace International (GPI) is seeking a Digital Fundraising Manager to support the International Fundraising Department in building strong relationships with Greenpeace supporters through digital channels. In this role, you'll play a strategic leadership role, enhancing engagement across the network and providing expertise to National & Regional Organisations (NROs) to foster effective and audience-centric approaches to digital fundraising and campaigning.
In this role you will:

Contribute to align global fundraising strategies with the Global Framework.
Guide NROs in setting ambitious targets for digital fundraising, based on an audience centric approach, data informed decision making and strong and efficient investment.
Offer high-level engagement and fundraising expertise to NRO leaders for effective strategy development.
Advise NRO campaign leaders on designing and implementing digital fundraising strategies.
Assist in developing and reviewing NROs' yearly and three-year plans, offering best practices in fundraising.
Work with GPI programme teams to ensure campaigns are relevant for their strategic audiences and suitable for fundraising.
Train NROs and campaign teams on audience-centric approaches and data-informed growth strategies.
Build relationships with Greenpeace Network stakeholders to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Identify learning needs and skills gaps within priority offices, ensuring tailored capacity-building support.
Promote innovation by sharing new tools and ideas across the network.
Lead fundraising Communities of Practice for skill-sharing and collaboration.

What we're looking for:
Remember no one has every skill or experience needed for this role and you'll have the opportunity to learn a lot from the team. We believe someone who has a few of these is well suited to exceed in this role:

Extensive experience in a relevant role with a track record of delivering ambitious engagement strategies across multiple areas, such as audience targeting, storytelling, journey-building, digital product development and movement-building.
Strong analytical skills and experience in organisational development, KPI tracking, and project management.
Experience advising leadership, influencing decisions, and guiding cross-functional teams.
High-level expertise in capacity-building, including training, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Experience working with multicultural teams across borders.
Proven ability to lead in dynamic environments, adapt to change, and adjust plans to meet evolving needs.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel frequently.
Demonstrable support for and belief in the Greenpeace network core aims and values.
Digital literacy skills; the ability to learn and utilise our digital platforms to successfully perform the role function (familiarity with G-Suite, Slack and Zoom is an advantage)
