As a forward thinker, you will always be one step ahead having a strong awareness of advancements in customer experience platforms. In this role you will:Work within the Customer Experience Platform team to ensure our platforms are proactively monitored, managed, standards compliant and follow best practices.Lead our platform enhancements programme to ensure our continual improvement.Represent the team working closely with other platform specialists, managers, architects, suppliers to form strong partnerships that deliver on our customer-centred approach.Expertise and/or extensive knowledge of the following areas: Identity Management; Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365); Share Point Online and Automation (Nintex Automation Cloud, Power Platform).Expertise and/or knowledge of information management and technology disciplines, including latest development in information management and technology practices.At least 10 years' experience in IT, with 5 years in a platform specialist role.A positive attitude. Monday to Friday.Position - PermanentLocation - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street.Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $105,000 to 117,167 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews may take place prior to the close date.
