Mo te turanga | About the Role
In this role, you will be part of one of our cross-functional, autonomous squads that are aligned to a purpose that drives value for our customers every day. This role will require you to get deeply involved in solving real, complex business problems by collaborating closely with your squad and specialists such as UX, business subject matter experts and analytics. This role covers the delivery of digital experiences from the discovery phase, right through to when customers are actually using them. This will mean mapping user journeys, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, creating UX wireframes, and managing delivery with your squad and key stakeholders. 5+ Years experience as an analyst in a digital environment, preferably banking
A deep understanding of UX and UX principles like usability and accesibility
Strong prioritisation and management of delivery outcomes
Excellent communications skills
