About the Role:
As our Digital Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving digital change across our business. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of ecommerce, digital technologies, business processes, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Craft and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with our company goals.
Project Management: Lead digital projects from concept to execution, including process automation and technology integration.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our competitiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Training & Support: Provide training on new processes and gather feedback to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
4 years of e-commerce experience with a strong retail background.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset that thrives in a dynamic environment.
