We are looking for a Digital Designer with retail experience to compliment the mixture of talent required within our team.
This is a permanent role based at our East Tamaki Support Office in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role to be responsible for producing digital displays, emails, social and assets for web while ensuring alignment with our marketing strategy, brand proposition and design principles are met.
We seek a candidate with strong initiative, good work ethic, design flair, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: This varied role will be responsible for a number of key activities, including: Creating and ensuring timely delivery of innovative digital assets in keeping with the brand values of the business, to include: eDMs, animated digital displays, assets for social and web platforms.
Interpret brief with sensitivity.
Working collaboratively with brand managers and content team to ensure objectives are met Reacting quickly to ad hoc and last-minute requests Juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment Job Requirements: The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Design or similar 3+ years proven experience in retail sector strongly desired A complete portfolio of digital marketing design examples Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC Suite.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and HTML is advantageous.
Ability to take both initiative and direction, as needed Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive problem-solving abilities would be preferred and should be willing to work on a variety of projects Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines Good typography skills, use of colour, up to date with the latest trends If this sounds like your thing - we would love to hear from you.
