SmartSafe's product range includes work platforms, work stairs, temporary bridges and walkways, edge protection and commercial scaffolding.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this office-based role involves designing and delivering innovative digital and print media and performance marketing to engage and convert sales. It requires strong collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing plans and generate leads through market research and product promotion.Create and manage print and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design.Oversee email marketing campaigns, website updates, and social media engagement to boost customer interaction.Lead content marketing initiatives while analysing SEO and analytics for enhanced customer engagement.Support brand management, maintain health and safety compliance, and contribute to team development and continuous improvement.What you need to be successful in this role: A marketing degree or advanced diploma in Marketing or Design with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with excellent design skills and experience in e-commerce marketing on Meta and Google.Proven success in performance marketing, paid media management, and a solid understanding of SEO, website UX, and A/B testing principles.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, adaptable to evolving priorities, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders locally and internationally.Be a self-motivated, ambitious team player, always eager to grow and learn.Must be able to travel to Maungaturoto if based in the Auckland office.Please note: This role does not offer overseas sponsorship. Applicants must be residing in NZ with a valid work visa, or hold NZ/Australian residency or citizenship.
