We are looking for someone with:Previous change management experience, ideally in a large or complex organisationSpecific experience with technology change, although not essential, would be very helpfulIt would be highly beneficial for you to have demonstrated experience in analysing information and communicating complex ideas simply to othersWe're looking for someone with the wow factor, someone with an awesome personality and who is excited by change and can communicate with people at all levels of our organisation.
