About the role As a Digital Account Manager, your main responsibilities are to plan, manage, and execute digital media campaigns, from start through to completion for a major retail group.
Working closely with the Digital / Performance Director, your role is to develop channel strategies that achieve client business objectives.
In addition, to the upfront planning, you will also work with the Digital / Performance Director and client leads to maintain quality control of the digital media campaigns and always-on activity, continually evaluating and improving performance against client goals post-live date.
You are responsible for junior to mid-level client relationships ensuring everything is running smoothly and that all questions are answered in a timely manner, in accordance with the Hearts & Science client service expectations.
As well as a solid digital understanding of media, the Digital Account Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of the digital media arena and support the Digital / Performance Director and Performance team in delivering integrated campaigns.
Beyond the internal Hearts & Science team, you will work seamlessly with various OMG specialist teams and media owners and other external agency partners.
Skills & Experience 3+ years of relevant digital media and client management experience Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance Good client-facing communication & presentation skills Conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide justification / rationale Well-developed time and project management skills, with good adherence to deadlines If this sounds like you, please apply directly via the job ad ASAP.
