At Classic Developments, we're on the lookout for a Development Manager to lead exciting projects from feasibility through to compliance. This is your chance to make a real impact by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.In this role, you'll be leading from the front, providing strategic direction and guiding both internal and external teams to success. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, manage project financials, navigate risk, and collaborate closely with leadership to achieve outstanding results.As one of two key players in our growing Wellington team, you'll report directly to the Regional Manager.
