We are seeking an experienced Residential House Design Manager to lead, manage, and mentor our design team. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can oversee the design process, ensuring high-quality work, compliance with regulations, and alignment with our vision.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of designers and architects, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.Oversee all aspects of residential house design, from initial concepts to final designs, ensuring quality and design consistency.Coordinate with various departments (e.g., engineering, construction) to ensure seamless project execution.Review and approve design plans, specifications, and materials, ensuring compliance with local council and building code regulations.Stay up to date with industry trends, building codes, and new technologies to incorporate into design practices.Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Facilitate team meetings and design reviews to ensure project objectives are met.Requirements: Diploma or degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.A minimum of 10+ years of experience in residential design, with a focus on managing the design process.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring design teams.Proficiency in design software ArchiCAD, Lumion , SketchUp.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and team members.In-depth knowledge of local building regulations and codes.Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Professional development opportunities.If you are interested in this role.
