Design Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term (Parental Leave Cover)Combine your passion for fitness, creativity, and design in this incredible role. We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join the Les Mills team on a 12-month contract (Parental Leave Cover).In this role, you will support the Global Design Director and the wider marketing team in shaping and executing the creative direction and design strategy for Les Mills International marketing.Key responsibilities include:Develop creative ideas that elevate Les Mills to become the most loved fitness brand across all its productsCollaborate with the Global Design Director and Brand & VOC Director to develop concepts for global campaigns, photoshoots, and photography systems for Les Mills InternationalDesign promotional or brand materials and campaigns to grow licensed revenue of Les Mills program brands internationallyLead, mentor, and cultivate the growth of a team of designersContribute to building the Les Mills brand within the consumer customer groupHelp manage client relationships between the Les Mills Marketing group and any external creative partnersGet buy-in from key stakeholders on Art and Creative directionYou will ideally need experience in the following:Minimum three years' experience in graphic design at a senior level – expert level with Adobe Creative tools and FigmaMinimum of one year experience managing designersExperience developing creative ideas from concept to executionPossess a strong understanding of photography, typography, printing, and digital production techniquesExperience in directing and supervising the creative aspects of photography and video shoots, working closely with production and creative partners to achieve the desired vision and aestheticDigital native, with demonstrated experience in digital design across multiple devices/platformsProven practical problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and planning skills and attention to detail but with the ability to stand back and focus on the big pictureHigh degree of computer literacy (MS Office products)Time management and prioritisation; ability to establish urgency of tasks and multi-task under pressureAbout Les Mills:At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we're not shy to say we're great at.Today, Les Mills International's programs are in 20,000 gyms in over 100 countries – pair that with the boom of our digital subscription service LES MILLS+ (like Netflix for our workouts), and it's an exciting time to be a part of our global company.
