The ideal candidate will possess skills that include, but are not limited to:Improving Teacher Effectiveness: Supporting teachers in their professional development and providing guidance to enhance their teaching and organisational practices. Organisational Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy to support the management of school operations. Student Well-being: Strong ability to foster and manage student well-being with appropriate strategies to support social and emotional development with the support of the Learning Support Coordinator. Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively and strengthen relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and the community. Human Resourcing: Support the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff members. Cultural Fit: A genuine willingness to embrace our school culture and local community. Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to bring out the best in others (students and staff), through a strengths-based approach.
