Lead a major digital transformation Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to education Broad corporate services role, Wellington based As a Deputy Chief Executive, you will be a key leader across the organisation and play a critical role with the SLT, supporting the Chief Executive and Board.
Your functional team includes technology and digital, customer experience, strategy planning and performance, finance, internal audit and others, enabling the wider organisation to thrive.
From overseeing the developing of strategic and operational plans, leading the relationship with our monitoring agency, ensuring our financial sustainability and optimising our customer experience, this is a varied, challenging and rewarding role.
A key focus will be leading a major digital and technology transformation programme, which over time will impact every aspect of our operation.
About you
You will be an experienced leader of corporate services, with a track record in complex organisations with a multitude of stakeholders along with experience leading leaders across a wide functional portfolio.
Your expertise and confidence with digital technology will allow you to hit the ground running. You are known for your relentless drive for results and performance, your ability to effectively prioritise and your exceptional judgment under pressure.
You will be a true enterprise leader and relish the challenge this role offers.
