We have an exciting opportunity for a great leader at our Gore Depot. This role is responsible for providing operational and people leadership ensuring that the depot is run safely and efficiently at all times and that our people are engaged and high performing. We provide essential services to the community through school transport services. We also undertake tourism & charter work across Gore and Southland.This role will lead a team of 60+ people including drivers, cleaners, a workshop and supervisors.About Us:Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand's leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country.We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public.
