The opportunity Calling all Construction Graduates and Qualified Carpenters! Are you interested in Project Management? Join our Cadetship programme! This is a full-time permanent role.
The successful candidate will work with our site teams and be involved in construction projects that cover a broad range of build sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and retail.
To be considered for this opportunity, any candidate must have a genuine interest in construction and be committed to forging a successful career within this field. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently studying or who have a diploma or degree in construction and/or engineering.
Our Cadetship Programme is an exceptional opportunity for graduates to gain practical hands-on exposure with an industry leader. Naylor Love is committed to the development of its people and this structured learning programme will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across all facets of construction to gain valuable exposure and knowledge across the full life-cycle of projects from tender stage through to completion, while completing our much sought-after Cadetship programme.
A Construction Management Cadet As a Construction Management Cadet, you will be mentored under the direction of Senior Site Managers. You will undertake assigned projects, learn the methodology and programme performance standards, on live projects. This role would suit individuals who wish to experience current construction techniques in action within a supportive team-based environment.
