The role of a Department Manager is a fun and dynamic role that ensures no two days are ever the same. Our Department Managers lead their teams to success by ensuring that: Daily rosters and staff cover are met. Excellent customer service standards are maintained and rewarded. Staff are coached and developed to ensure future success. Sales targets are met and exceeded. A positive sales culture is established and maintained. Stock levels are optimal and visual merchandising standards are met. Minimum Requirements: Ideally, you will come equipped with the following skill set: 1+ years in a retail management role (or management experience from another industry). An exceptional eye for detail. Flexibility and resilience. Proven ability in coaching and development of team members. A drive to achieve great sales results.
