About the Role:
As a Department Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales and profit goals by creating a plan to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the department and the store. You'll be responsible for building an exceptional team, supporting their growth and development, and actively engaging in succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management. Your focus will be on results, values, and leadership to inspire the team to achieve their best.

Support sales and profit targets by implementing strategies to boost sales, collaborating with the visual team, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Ensure the department provides an exceptional customer experience that aligns with H&M standards.
Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts to build a high-performing team, driving success through clear communication, succession planning, and constructive feedback.
Uphold operational standards, minimize loss, and follow H&M's best practices in store operations.
Partner with store and regional management to optimize scheduling, enhance team performance, and drive commercial success.

About you:

Experience in a leadership role within a large-format store and fast fashion with hands-on experience managing and motivating bigger teams.
A track record of hitting sales targets, managing key performance indicators, and boosting team performance.
A customer-centric leader with a love for fashion and a keen eye for retail trends.
You are someone who is values-driven, has an open mind, and is eager to grow and develop within the company.
