Delivery Lead

On behalf of one of New Zealand's most exciting and fastest growing private sector organisations, Starfish are seeking an agile delivery lead to join a significant, fully funded body of work on a contract basis paying competitive market rates. The successful candidate will need proven experience within project delivery in a complex agile oriented environment. Ideally you will have experience with both traditional project and Agile Product Delivery approaches given the nature of where this work sits relative to the organisation's gradual adoption of more Agile ways of working. The must haves for this role are as follows:Extensive Agile Project Management Skills Proven track record of delivering projects with a technical focus  Technology astute and a solid understanding of cloud, integration, CI/CD and data related projects Influence and lead a team of cross-functional professionals to ensure delivery of service outcomes and benefits Strong acumen of budgeting and managing financials of the delivery The organisation offers:A great culture with a supportive manager.
