In this key role, you will ensure the BT project, programme & portfolio (P3) community is supported and enabled to use and follow P3 systems, processes, frameworks, and practices that will assist them in delivering technology solutions to our customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.
In this leadership role, you will provide mentorship to other members of the BT Delivery Enablement Team in P3 practices. You will identify and recommend opportunities for process and systems improvement that enhance efficiency and productivity within the Delivery Enablement Team and/or across BT. You will work collaboratively with our team and relevant parties to develop and execute improvements.
You will bring significant experience either in a P3 delivery role and/or in a Project Management Office (ideally in a technology industry). Tech-savvy, you will have experience in different project management methodologies, e.g., waterfall, agile, scaled agile.
Results and action-oriented, you will be a highly effective relationship builder and communicator. You will bring your hands-on delivery experience, challenge the status quo, and work with our people to minimize paperwork and process overheads.
You will bring a pragmatic attitude to P3 practices and have experience using out-of-the-box technology solutions.
