You'll also work with our engineering teams as a subject matter expert: consulting, advising, and troubleshooting existing and new database designs. A degree in computer science, information technology or similar 3-5 years experience in a similar role Experience with SQL Server Bonus points for experience with AWS and/or source control (e.g., Git) About you: Motivated to achieve individual and team objectives Great problem-solving & communication skills Able to understand complex data and data problems Enjoy collaborating with and supporting a diverse team Curious; keen to learn and grow Most effective without direct supervision, but welcome input so that expectations are understood Why work at Phocas?
