Permanent role, Full-time, Monday to Friday, Hours 7.00am to 3:30pm

The Clinical Records Department is based at Auckland City Hospital. We are involved in the consistent application of policies and procedures. All members of our team understand the importance of patient confidentiality and have knowledge of the Privacy Act. The Clinical Records team consists of diverse cultures with an open and friendly atmosphere.
Your primary focus will be to ensure the integrity of data within the Organisation's patient administration system and provide expert advice and support to the ward clerks and other areas in the Organisation. This would entail consistently applying accuracy and attention to detail when undertaking data quality activities, to provide an efficient and effective patient administration system.

Given the importance of this role, we are seeking someone who will have tertiary qualification in health management or similar relevant work experience, at least 5 years clerical/administration experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, excellent prioritisation and time-management skills, and intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and typing. It would be advantageous if you are proficient with internal computer programmes like CRTS, CMS and 3M ChartView, CHIPS. You'll be described as someone who is a team player, is highly professional and brings positive energy to all that you do.
