About the Role: This 10-month fixed term role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the modernisation of key data infrastructure. You will be driving strategic initiatives to future-proof systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative data solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of data governance and data security are met.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical delivery of data activities for the Arotahi transformation program, ensuring processes are efficient and scalable for future use.Manage and implement changes in reporting, SSIS/SQL data procedures, and system controls, ensuring that integrations support the required data flow and resolve current data mapping issues.Collaborate with the Test Manager to define data quality tests and exit criteria, leading efforts to address risks such as data quality, loss, or incorrect mapping.Work closely with the BI Developer to review and update data management and analysis tools, including the implementation of new system integrations and vendor solutions like Fee Protect.Provide oversight, coaching, and direction to the BI team to ensure effective performance and alignment with program goals.Key Skills and Experience: Strong expertise in SQL, SSIS, and data integration processes.Exposure to cloud technologies.Experience in leading data quality testing and addressing data issues.Knowledge of business intelligence tools and system integrations.Proven ability to manage, mentor, and guide technical teams.Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Get in touch for a confidential chat.
