As a Customer Support Specialist you will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to our clients across New Zealand by providing training and support for all aspects of our software.
This role is not just a support role its integral to our business.
Nurturing and upskilling our clients on the use of our software is the key to our success.

The successful candidate will: Own & manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful onboarding, training & beyond.Work with the sales, products and technical team to ensure that clients needs and expectations are met.Convey customer feedback to product development team via our software tools/customer portal.Possess thorough knowledge of the company's products used by our customers (thorough training provided)Operate under moderate supervision and have a can-do attitude.Resolve clients' questions or queries over the telephone and/or Internet in the areas of system use, onboarding, product functionality, and bugs/change requests for improvements.
