Customer Support

Based in West Auckland, Grinding Gear Games is searching for full time Customer Support staff to handle a wide variety of customer service-related tasks. 
We have openings for day, afternoon and night shifts.
Day shifts are 8am - 4pm
Afternoon shifts are 4pm - 12am
Night shifts are 12am - 8am
Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand
Full time position - 40 hours a week
Key responsibilities include: Moderating in-game chat and our forumsAssisting customers via email, private message, and live chatTo be suitable for this role you should: Have exceptional communication skillsHave a high level of written and spoken EnglishBe organised and hard workingHave the ability to multitask and prioritise work when requiredHave excellent computer and technical skillsBe seeking a long term positionHave experience with online gamesPlease only apply if you currently reside in New Zealand or Australia and are either a New Zealand Citizen, Resident or Australian Citizen.
