A bit about the role Due to an internal promotion, we have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Customer Services and Point of Sale Supervisor.
This is a great opportunity to use your leadership and organisational skills, as you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of checkouts and customer services. You'll lead a team and motivate them to deliver great customer service to every customer, every time. You'll use your communication and problem-solving ability to help the team navigate tricky purchases and solve problems for our customers.
This role is full-time and rostered Sunday - Thursday.
A bit about you Ideally, the successful applicant will have:
A passion for GREAT customer service at all timesExperience in supervising and leading a team, or experience as a senior team member with the desire to leadAbility to maximise team productivityAbility to manage a varied and busy workloadStrong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutionsGeneral computer skills and understanding of administrative processesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge and understanding of health & safety systems/processesBe physically fit as there will be prolonged walking and standing on concrete floors, manual handling, and liftingThis will be a busy role, and no two days will be the same. You will need to be adaptable, customer obsessed, collaborative, positive, and passionate about maintaining a safe working environment.
